The committee is devising the 2026 Rally Program. 

Unfortunately we are lacking members who are willing to help run Rallies.
This is severely restricting the number of Rallies that West Surrey can run and offer for your enjoyment. If any members thinks that they might be able to help run a Rally or be a Co Rally Officer, please have a chat to, or contact, me or one of our committee members at the earliest opportunity.
 
Your Chairman and Committee are inviting all members to attend our AGM (see below).
It is an opportunity to meet fellow members and to ask questions. It is a fairly short meeting - less than 2 hrs with Tea/Coffee biscuits (and the Chairman’s cakes)

A Saturday morning meeting at Jacobs Well Village Hall near Guildford - doors close 11am. All Centre members are invited to attend No booking required.

Sat 13th December - The Refectory, Guildford Cathedral,
Stag Hill, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7UP (next to the Cathedral and now called ‘Seasons’)
 
All Coffee Mornings start 10:30 ish. No booking required. All members, friends and family are very welcome to these informal gatherings.
I or a committee member will be lurking near the entrance - so don’t worry if you are a new member. It is a chance to get to know us.

Details and booking form for our 2026 holiday Rally at Forest Park Caravan Site, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 0JR are now on our web site or from the Rally Officer joan.green@hotmail.co.uk. It is a beautiful, family-run site a stone’s throw away from the seaside town of Cromer and Overstrand beach. 

You can enjoy over 100 acres of stunning Repton landscape, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. For more site details see https://forest-park.co.uk Limited number of pitches so early booking is advised.

This rally is now fully booked but you are welcome to join the wait list (there are usually some drop-outs)

It is with regret that I must advise of the passing of ex member Tony Bryant.

Event 14, the Netley Rally has been extended by 2 days to enable members to go onto the Frogham rally if they wish.

A Memorial Service for Terry Allen is being held on 5th August @11:00am at Cissbury Barns, Cissbury, Nepcote, Findon, Worthing BN14 0SR. Drinks and food will also be served at the same venue after the service
